Our Hercules Mini Bar, often referred to as '2-foot pry bars', begin their journey as sturdy lengths of steel measuring between 23 to 24 inches.* This convenient size is expertly chosen to ensure the bar is both manageable and effective for precise tasks requiring detailed alignment and positioning. Crafted with the most-accepted alignment bar point angle of 7 degrees, each bar is shaped using CNC equipment for uniform tapering and optimal control.

The point is carefully formed to be robust, not sharp, to provide a safe yet effective tool for nudging, aligning, and positioning components in tight spaces. While the precision CNC process may lead to slight variations in the final length, these minor differences are simply a signature of our commitment to tailored toolmaking.
