Hercules Mini Bar (HPB-2)

ShieldAg ("Manufacturer") warrants the Hercules Pry Bars, including the HPB-1 Mighty Bar and HPB-2 Mini Bar, to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

Length Variability Disclaimer:
The HPB-1 Mighty Bar and HPB-2 Mini Bar models are colloquially known as '4’ prybars' and '2’ prybars' respectively. The actual lengths of these pry bars may vary slightly due to the fabrication process. This variability does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

Material and Manufacturing:
The pry bars are made from 5160 Chromium-Manganese steel, heat-treated and tempered to achieve 150,000 psi strength. This warranty covers breakage of the main shank but does not extend to any other parts of the pry bar.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage to the pry bar tip due to abuse, misuse, overloading, alteration, or improper maintenance. The optimal 7-degree taper on the HPB-2 Mini Bar model and the double hook design of the HPB-1 Mighty Bar model are designed for specific uses, and damage resulting from uses beyond these specifications is not covered. The prybars are not warranted for any breakage or consequential damage due to the use of "cheater pipes or external weights" to increase leverage.

Proof of Purchase:
The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase. Retain your purchase receipt to validate warranty claims. Warranty does not transfer.

Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, contact Hercules Pry Bars at info@herculesprybars.com with your proof of purchase and a description & photo of the defect. Hercules Pry Bars reserves the right to replace the defective pry bar at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability:
The Manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Hercules Pry Bars is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Hercules Pry Bars.
